EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

SDSC is open to students who meet its academic standard and who are willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the college. Subject to specific admission requirements of the different colleges/departments, the General Admission Requirements are as follows:


Requirements for Admission

1. Holder of a baccalaureate program.
2. Must have earned the following undergraduate units:
          English - 18 units
          Social Science - 18 units
          Mathematics - 6 units
3. Must pass the Law Entrance Examinations and Oral Interview.
          - Aptitude Examination
          - Essay Examination
          - Interview
4. Must complete the application form and submit four (4) 1x1 colored pictures and four (4) 2x2 colored pictures.
          - PSA Birth Certificate
          - Marriage Certificate (for married femail students)
          - Original Official Transcript of Records from the law school in which the transferee was previously
             enrolled.
          - Certified True Copy of his/her College Transcript of Records
          - Certificate of Eligibility to enter Law Course issued by the law school in which the transferee was
             previously enrolled.
          - Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal from the law school in which the
            transferee was previously enrolled.
5. Must pay the entrance and other prescribed fees.
    Applicants who wish to enroll in non-credit law subjects may be admitted as special students and may
    enroll in such subjects as approved by the Dean. He shall not be allowed to enroll in more than six (6)
    units per semester and must limit his enrollment to not more than a total of four (4) semesters. In any
    case, subjects taken shall not be credited.
